در میان جوامع مهاجر ایرانی در سراسر جهان، کمتر رویدادی توانسته به اندازه «شب جایزه رادیو نشاط» چهره‌ای جامع، فرهنگی و جامعه‌محور از موفقیت‌های فارسی‌زبانان ارائه دهد. این مراسم که نخستین‌بار در سال ۲۰۲۴ برگزار شد، اکنون در آستانه دومین دوره خود در سال ۲۰۲۶، به الگویی الهام‌بخش در تجلیل از دستاوردهای مهاجران تبدیل شده است.

با این حال، آنچه «شب جایزه رادیو نشاط» در استرالیا را متمایز می‌سازد، رویکرد فراگیر، ساختار چندبُعدی و تمرکز ویژه بر مشارکت عمومی است. در حالی‌که بسیاری از رویدادها در سایر کشورها به شکل تخصصی و در حوزه‌هایی مشخص مانند موسیقی، ادبیات یا اقتصاد برگزار می‌شوند – که خود ارزشمند و قابل احترام‌اند – شب جایزه رادیو نشاط تلاش دارد تا تصویری جامع از جامعه فارسی‌زبان را به نمایش بگذارد و تمام عرصه‌ها را در کنار هم برجسته کند.
تجربه‌ای نو از دل رسانه
«شب جایزه رادیو نشاط» برای نخستین‌بار در سال ۲۰۲۴ برگزار شد؛ رویدادی با هدف تجلیل از برترین‌های جامعه فارسی‌زبان در استرالیا، شامل ایرانیان، افغان‌ها و تاجیک‌ها. این شب با اهدای تندیس در حوزه‌های گوناگونی همچون علم و فناوری، فرهنگ و ادبیات، ورزش، سینما، موسیقی، رسانه، هنر، کارآفرینان، کارشناسان و خدمات اجتماعی فرصتی بود برای دیده‌شدن تلاش کسانی که در مسیر مهاجرت، موفقیت را با هویت فرهنگی درآمیخته‌اند.
این مراسم که تحت پوشش رادیو نشاط – تنها رسانه فارسی‌زبان ۲۴ ساعته و رسمی در استرالیا – برگزار می‌شود، نه‌تنها مورد استقبال جامعه قرار گرفت، بلکه توجه نهادهای رسمی، مسئولان دولتی و رسانه‌های دیگر را نیز به خود جلب کرد.
در حال حاضر، برنامه‌ریزی برای دومین دوره این رویداد در سال ۲۰۲۶ در جریان است و تلاش داریم با حفظ کیفیت و گسترش دامنه مشارکت، این شب را به یک برند فرهنگی معتبر در استرالیا تبدیل کنیم.
الگویی برای دیگر جوامع
شب جایزه رادیو نشاط نمونه‌ای است از آنچه رسانه و فرهنگ می‌توانند در خدمت جامعه مهاجر قرار دهند. این مدل می‌تواند الهام‌بخش دیگر نهادهای فارسی‌زبان در سراسر جهان باشد، تا بیش از پیش، ظرفیت‌های پنهان و آشکار مهاجران ایرانی در عرصه‌های گوناگون شناخته شوند و مورد حمایت قرار گیرند.

First held in 2024, this unique ceremony is now preparing for its second edition in 2026, having already established itself as an inspiring model for celebrating the achievements of migrants.

Across various countries, Iranians have made consistent efforts to preserve their cultural identity and honor outstanding members of their communities. These efforts have taken shape through cultural festivals, artistic nights, and specialized programs—each aligned with the socio-cultural dynamics of the host nation. Undoubtedly, these initiatives play an important role in strengthening community bonds and showcasing the capabilities of Iranians abroad.
What sets Radio Neshat’s Awards Night apart in Australia is its inclusive approach, multidimensional structure, and strong emphasis on public engagement. While many events in other countries are held within a specific field—such as music, literature, or economics—this ceremony strives to present a holistic image of the Persian-speaking community, recognizing achievements across a wide spectrum.
A New Experience Rooted in Media
The inaugural edition of Radio Neshat’s Awards Night took place in 2024 with the goal of honoring the top figures in Australia’s Persian-speaking community—including Iranians, Afghans, and Tajiks. The event featured the presentation of statues across various fields such as science and technology, culture and literature, sports, cinema, music, media, art, entrepreneurship, academia, and community service. It offered a valuable opportunity to acknowledge the efforts of those who have blended success with cultural identity throughout their migration journeys.
As the only official 24-hour Persian-language media outlet in Australia, Radio Neshat has not only organized but also professionally broadcasted the ceremony. The event was well-received by the community and drew the attention of public officials, government representatives, and other media outlets.
Currently, preparations are underway for the 2026 edition, with the aim of further enhancing participation and solidifying the event’s status as a distinguished cultural brand in Australia.
A Model for Other Communities
Radio Neshat’s Awards Night is a prime example of how media and culture can serve migrant communities. This model has the potential to inspire Persian-language organizations around the world to recognize and support both the hidden and celebrated capacities of Iranian migrants in various sectors.
